| Service / Rental Fee Because of the countless combinations of services and products that we provide, every show is a custom quote. Please visit, call, or email us with the form below for an easy to understand proposal. An up to date price list is also available at the bottom of this page. |
State Sales Tax If you receive a service or rent equipment in the state of Minnesota you are required to pay 6.875% Sales Tax. If you receive a service or rent equipment in the town of Mankato you are required to pay 7.375% sales tax. If your company or organization is exempt from taxes, please file a form of exemption with us. Mileage and extra labor is non-taxable. |
| Mileage If your service or delivered rental is outside of the Greater Mankato Area, we charge a flat rate of $0.40 a mile w/o a trailer and $0.70 per mile with a trailer. If you event requires a truck, mileage is usually $1.60 per mile but might vary. |
Late Fee All accounts with an open status after 7 days of the Invoice Date will be charged a one time late fee of $10.00 and are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. If you fail to return a rental on time, you are subject to a $25.00 a day late fee until all parts are returned |
Extra Crew Fee If your show requires more than a standard crew, you will be charged for the extra help we need to hire. We bill $80.00 per person, per day. The $80.00 fee is paid directly to the extra crew member and is of no profit to us |
High Demand Date Deposit Some shows take place on popular dates. To secure your event for these days, sometimes a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is usually equal to 15% of the final bill and guarantees you the date in question. |
